the staffs was very friendly. its location is great and near good things. the room i got was lovely and comfortable, i found it excellent.

the sounds from outside are terrible, a really tough night it was the first night. i only sleeped at 3am. there is a bar underneath, if you get a room overhead, it will not be conducive to sleeping. noise cancelling headphones was needed.

I noticed slight noise bleed from outside traffic. This occurred during early morning hours.

laundry noisebroken towel rail

my room was close to the laundry room! i heard the tumble dryer vibrating the room at night. the team warns guests about noise from outside and provides ear plugs! yet they didn't mention the laundry. also, there was no hairdryer. the bathmat didn't absorb much water after showering, water spread across the uneven floor. the towel rail wasn't working.
